Content Standards

Content submitted to Vitacogra should be created with the reader in mind.

Depending on the assignment, article or other written content, it may be expected to meet the following standards:

1. Originality – Content must be original and must not be copied, scraped, spun, or substantially reproduced from another source.

2. Accuracy – Claims, statistics, quotations, facts, and other important information should be properly researched and, where appropriate, supported by credible sources.

3. Usefulness – Content should provide genuine educational, practical, or informational value.

4. Clarity – Ideas should be communicated in clear, simple, and understandable language.

5. Structure – Articles should be properly organised with appropriate headings, paragraphs, lists, examples, tables, or other elements where useful.

6. SEO Awareness – Content should follow sound SEO practices without excessive keyword repetition or writing primarily for search engines.

7. Reader Engagement – Content should be interesting, relevant, practical, and capable of encouraging meaningful engagement.

8. Responsible Content – Contributors must avoid plagiarism, misleading claims, fabricated information, copyright infringement, and content that could unnecessarily mislead or harm readers.

Specific assignments may have additional requirements concerning word count, keywords, format, sources, images, or deadlines.

Article Length

There is no single word count that applies to every piece of content published by Vitacogra.

Where a minimum word count is specified for an assignment, contributors are expected to meet it. However, contributors should not add unnecessary words merely to reach a particular word count.

The goal is to provide complete and useful information, not simply a high number of words.

A well-researched 1,000-word article may provide more value than a poorly structured 2,000-word article.

Keywords and SEO

Where an assignment includes target keywords, contributors should use them naturally and appropriately throughout the content.

Keywords should never be unnecessarily repeated simply to increase keyword frequency.

Contributors are encouraged to use relevant related terms, questions, variations, and concepts that genuinely help readers understand the subject.

Our editorial approach prioritises people-first content over artificial keyword density.

Images and Visual Content

Where appropriate, articles may include relevant images, illustrations, screenshots, charts, diagrams, or other visual materials.

Contributors may submit suitable images where requested or where they can add genuine value.

Any submitted visual material must be:

* Original; or

* Properly licensed for the intended use; or

* Otherwise legally permitted for use.

Contributors must disclose the source and applicable licence or permission where they do not own the material.

Do not submit copyrighted images simply copied from Google Images, social media, or other websites without permission or an appropriate licence.

Links and Sources

Contributors are encouraged to support factual or technical claims with reliable and authoritative sources where appropriate.

Depending on the subject, useful sources may include:

* Government websites;

* Educational institutions;

* Recognised professional organisations;

* Academic publications;

* Research studies;

* Official company or product documentation;

* Reputable news organisations; and

* Other credible primary or authoritative sources.

Links should add genuine value to the reader and should not be inserted merely for SEO purposes.

Any external links included in submitted content may be reviewed and modified by the Vitacogra editorial team.

Payment and Compensation

Where a contribution is accepted as a paid assignment, the applicable compensation will be communicated to the contributor before or during the assignment, depending on the nature of the arrangement.

Payment may vary according to factors such as:

* Type of content;

* Topic and level of research required;

* Word count;

* Complexity;

* Originality and quality;

* Experience or specialist expertise;

* Editorial requirements;

* Additional creative work involved; and

* The agreed terms of the particular assignment.

Not every contribution or collaboration is necessarily a paid opportunity. Some opportunities may be voluntary, commissioned, partnership-based, or otherwise structured differently.

Where payment applies, the agreed payment terms and method will be communicated clearly before the work is formally undertaken.

Opportunities Beyond Writing

Vitacogra is not limited to written articles.

We are also interested in creative people who can help us develop educational and informative multimedia content, including:

* Educational videos;

* Short-form videos;

* Tutorials;

* Interviews;

* Explainer videos;

* Informational presentations;

* Educational comedy or creative skits;

* Podcasts and audio content;

* Social media content;

* Graphics and visual storytelling; and

* Other creative formats that can communicate useful knowledge effectively.

If you have an idea that does not fit neatly into the categories above but could provide meaningful value to our audience, we would still like to hear from you.
